- For security purposes, we do not level your account more than 16 hours a day. However if you need a full 24-hour powerleveling service per day, please let us know.
- Please do not log into your account while the powerleveling process is ongoing for this may lead to a closure on your account. If you would like to know the current status about your character, you can login to the wow official website : US.wowarmory or EU.wowarmory . And you would like to access your account, please contact us through Live Chat, MSN or email and usually we need 10-15 minutes to log off. But keep in mind it might put the completion date off schedule.
- If your password is updated. frequently, long periods of Customer playtime abnormal server maintenance or conditions, a prompt reply will allow us to access the assignment sooner. If your password is changed at any point during the powerleveling process, we will send you an email stating the issue. If you do not reply to the email by the date which the order is to be filled, we will consider the powerleveling order completed.
- After the powerleveling has been completed, we will send you a notification email. It is your responsibility to change password and safeguard your account after taking over it.
